Family Health Care Plan:
We have a great health care plan. It is a national plan administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. And it doesn’t just cover you. Our health care plan also covers your spouse and legal children. This is a full family health care plan where the negotiated contributions are made entirely by the employer.
There are no additional deductions from your wages in order to qualify for family coverage!
We have prescription, dental and vision benefits as well. Members enjoy Caremark Prescription and Delta Dental coverage. Members enjoy privileges of up to $200 reimbursements every two years for optical care. Members are also eligible for a $20,000 life insurance policy.

All health care benefits are dependent upon eligibility, which is determined by the amount of hours worked in a given time. Please refer to the back page of the Health and Welfare Fund handout for eligibility requirements.
